The FVM-80A is an inline vibrating viscometer developed to meet the needs of customers aiming for automation in factory lines and high product quality. This product features a compact and lightweight design, with a completely sealed probe section and an internal structure that uses a piezoelectric ceramic-driven balanced oscillator, making it resistant to external vibrations and achieving high precision and reproducibility. The controller employs a PLL circuit, ensuring that the oscillation frequency is always controlled to be the same as the resonant frequency of the oscillator, allowing for accurate viscosity measurements even when the resonant frequency fluctuates due to temperature or other influences. This device is effective for managing the viscosity of various slurry mixtures, coating liquids, and food products in industrial applications, as well as for non-explosive liquid viscosity management.
